Born in 1979, Srikakulam, India.

Kodanda completed his Master’s in Fine Art (Printmaking) from the M. S. University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Baroda (2003) and Bachelor’s in Fine Art (Printmaking) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (2001).

He has held 3 solo exhibitions ‘In Present Tense’, Nature Morte, New Delhi (2023); ‘Sailing A Restless Sea’, (online) Terrain Art, New Delhi (2022); ‘New Paintings’, Petite Mort, New Delhi (2014). He has been awarded the 77th AIFACS Annual Award (2005); Honourable Mention Award at the 6th Bharat Bhavan International Biennale of Print Art, Bhopal (2004) and received the Arnawaz Vasudev Charities Scholarship (2003) amongst others.

He has also participated and exhibited in Seattle Art Fair, Gallery Sumukha, Seattle, USA (2025); Space Studio Alumni show, Museum Square, Baroda (2024); ‘Luminous Reveries’, Gallery Dotwalk, New Delhi (2023); India Art Fair, Terrain Art, New Delhi (2023); ‘Hues of Earth and Sea’, Modern Art Gallery, New Delhi (2022); Kala Ghoda Art Festival, Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai (2020) ‘Road to Prospect’, Vis-à-vis, Stainless Steel Gallery, New Delhi (2019) and many more.
