Sonal Varshneya, born in 1985, she is a post-graduate in Print Making from Lalith Kala Sansthan, Agra University in 2007.
She has been known for her multi colored etching prints that are primarily intersperse of feminism, womanhood often that suggest the customs and traditions that are her surroundings concurrently appear in the form of narratives.
Sonal has had solo exhibitions of Graphic prints at Gallery OED, Cochin in 2017-18; *Popup Show* organized by Kanika Anand of Parked at Limón, New Delhi in 2016; *Ambubachi* at Museum of Goa in 2016; *The Heroine’s Last Dreams* at Apparao Infinity art gallery, Chennai in 2015; solo at Nirmal Kuhad Rainbow Art Gallery, Hyderabad in 2013 & Print show at Bhopal organized by Indian Council of Cultural Relations in 2012.

She has been part of 2-month long artist residency at Print E Hoo, a Korea print International Residency at South Korea in 2013.
