Viraj Vasant Naik, born 1975, has done his art graduation from Goa College of Art, Panjim in 1998 and post-graduation at Sarojini Naidu School of Fine Arts, Central University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad in 2000.
Viraj Naik has been committed as a practicing artist through participation in numerous shows since 2000.

Viraj has curated exhibition and co-ordinated print and art workshops, *Look at this Land*, an etching portfolio workshop at Sunaparanta, Goa centre for the Arts, 2012; *Goa is not a small place*, Kalakriti Art Gallery, Hyderabad, 2015; *Mini Print Goa*, in association with Directorate of Art and Culture, Goa, 2015. *International Artist Workshop-Goa*, in association with Tellus Art, Sweden, 2013. He has been part of several Graphic Art Biennale, Triennale and exhibitions held at national and international events.
Viraj was artist-in-residence at Frans Masereel Centrum, Belgium in 2012. He has been guest faculty at Sarojini Naidu School of Fine Arts, University of Hyderabad in 2002.
He lives and practices from his studio “Graphikos”, Kesarval, Quellossim, Goa.
