Shanthi Swaroopini

Born in 1966, Visakhapatnam, Shanti Swaroopini studied painting, BFA Andhra University, Visakhapatnam 1990 and sculpture, MFA, M.S. University, Baroda, 1993. She has an MA from Kent Institute of Art and Design, University of Kent, Canterbury, 1998. She worked at Kanoria Centre of Arts, Ahmedabad, 1992-94, was guest lecturer at Government RLV College of Music and Fine Arts, Tripunithura, 2000. Between 2001 and 2004 she worked at Johnson Atelier, Merceville, New Jersey, and in 2004 at Srushti School of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore. She lives in Visakhapatnam, India.
