Babu Xavier

was born in Kerala in 1960. He is basically a self taught artist who has held numerous solo shows in Cochin, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi; Switzerland, Germany and Denmark. Xavier has participated in several group shows in India and in the Sotheby’s auction in 1988. He has attended many artists’ camps in the country. His works are in many of India’s prominent gallerie and museums and in several private collections in India and abroad. Xavier works with acrylic on canvas and plexiglass and lives in Kerala, India.
